About Hairline Guide
Hairline Guide is a free, neutral, educational tool. It helps you explore which hairline shapes tend to suit different face shapes, ages and regions — so you can have a more informed conversation with a hair-transplant surgeon. It is not a clinic and does not sell a procedure.
How the examples are made
Version 1 uses original vector illustrations — a face-shape outline with a hairline drawn across it. This mirrors how surgeons actually plan (by measured landmarks), avoids any photo copyright or patient-privacy issues, and stays crisp at any size.
A later phase may add photorealistic examples (AI-generated or consented real cases). We will never scrape copyrighted before/after photos.
How to read our confidence tags
- Science — based on surgeon landmarks and facial geometry.
- Aesthetic — widely-accepted visual balancing.
- Hair science — hair-characteristic differences (caliber, curl, angle) that are documented.
- Cultural trend — clinic-reported regional preference. A trend, not a rule.
⚠️ Educational only — not medical advice. Final hairline design depends on donor density,
scalp laxity and future hair loss, which only a qualified surgeon can assess.
